Got a partnership ready to grow, or an idea that needs the right partner? Bring it to World Food Day 2026. Five shortlisted, 1 minute, pitches will be selected to go live on the plenary stage on 20 October where the audience votes, and the winner receives up to 40 hours of hands-on partnership-development support from NFP. Submit before 30 September. Notifications go out 9 October.
To everyone that was part NFP World Food Day 2026, as a participant, speaker, booth host, staff, and beyond, we wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks! It was an inspiring and memorable day that will more certainly fuel the work we all do in the coming weeks, months, and years. There is much more to unpack in the days to come but for now, we simply wanted to express our gratitude.
Every edition of World Food Day features some firsts, and this year marks a major milestone: The World Food Forum (WFF) Netherlands, facilitated by Eye For Nature, is partnering with NFP to embed meaningful, youth-led participation throughout the entire program. Central to this initiative is our Youth Co-Moderator, Sarah van Buren, who will join Ikenna Azuike on the main stage to drive intergenerational dialogue.
The programme for World Food Day 2026 is now live. On 20 October, Fokker Terminal in The Hague will host a full day of keynotes, panels, and 24 side sessions exploring this year's theme: Partnerships that Feed the Future.
