EAT-Lancet 2025 in Action: Bridging Science and Practice

The Forum will bring together policy makers, private sector investors, non-profit and development organisations and academicians / researchers to accelerate evidence-based action in the food and healthcare industry. The theme emphasizes the interconnectedness of human health, animal health, and environmental health — the core of the One Health approach — while placing nutrition at the center of Africa’s health and development agenda.

Tracks are:
- Safe and sustainable food systems (incl a/o; Fortification, biofortification, and nutrient-rich crop and livestock systems and Urban food environments and affordable healthy diets)
- Nourishing people through health systems adoption

<h2>NL pavilion at Agrofood Nigeria 2026</h2>
<p>This mission builds on the success of the Netherlands pavilion at the Agrofood Nigeria 2025 trade fair. Now we are offering a similar pavilion in combination with a trade mission. In 2026, the Netherlands will be the Guest of Honour at Agrofood Nigeria, offering Dutch participants enhanced visibility and access.</p>

<h2>For whom?</h2>
<p>This mission is for Dutch companies, industry associations and knowledge institutions from the horticulture (vegetable) sector, who want to do business in Nigeria. And who are looking for cooperation partners or want to strengthen existing contacts. We prefer that half of the participants are not yet doing business in Nigeria.<br /><br />This mission is particularly interesting for participants offering sustainable technologies and services for:</p><ul><li>Seeds and other inputs</li><li>Greenhouse (Low and Mid tech) and production technologies</li><li>Food processing and packaging</li><li>Agrologistics and cold chain solutions</li><li>Climate-smart and sustainable agriculture</li><li>Advisory, digital, and support services</li></ul>
