The latest FORQLAB newsletter is here! It showcases our efforts in reducing food waste and improving food quality in Kenya. FORQLAB, short for Food Waste Reduction and Food Quality Living Lab, aims to transform Kenya's avocado and dairy sectors. We're focused on identifying technical and governance interventions to ensure safe product production and minimize food losses.

In collaboration with partners like Meru University of Science and Technology, Egerton University, and four Dutch universities of applied science: Van Hall Larenstein, HAS Green Academy, InHolland, and Aeres. We're working with seven Kenyan farmer cooperatives and their partners in avocado export and domestic dairy value chains.
