Where scaling heroes come to sharpen their powers

Every innovation for food, land, and water systems needs more than a good idea. It needs people who can build partnerships, unlock finance, influence policy, strengthen delivery systems, and turn evidence into action.

Scaling Week 2026 is where those people come together.

Convened by the CGIAR Scaling for Impact Program, CGIAR Scaling Week 2026 brings together international financial institutions (IFIs), governments, philanthropies, delivery partners, the private sector, entrepreneurs, students and researchers from across CGIAR and beyond for three days of practical learning, collaboration and momentum.

This is not a conventional conference. It is a hands-on gathering for people ready to move beyond pilots and take innovation to scale.

Across three days, participants will:

  • Explore the latest frontiers of scaling science and practice
  • Join expert-led bootcamps, coaching and skills sessions
  • Stress-test scaling strategies with peers, partners and experts
  • Connect with IFIs, governments, other funders, CGIAR research centers and delivery partners
  • Build practical pathways, partnerships and investment propositions
