World Food Day 2023

NFP World Food Day 2023, will take place on Thursday October 12th, in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. The event will bring together diverse perspectives, experiences, and expertise, and facilitate discussions on innovative approaches, partnerships, and business models that promote sustainable agriculture, responsible sourcing, and equitable value chains.
The theme for this year’s event: Recognizing the role of the Private Sector in Creating Sustainable Food Systems. With this theme NFP puts the focus on the role the private sector plays in creating sustainable and inclusive food systems, as one of the partners within the so-called ‘diamond approach’ in partnerships with government, civil society and knowledge institutions.
