NFP NETWORK DEBRIEFING: UNFSS +2 STOCKTAKING MOMENT

Last month, the world gathered in Rome to take stock of the progress made since the UN Food Systems Summit 2021. The Stocktaking Moment facilitated mutual dialogues and learning among UN member states on food systems transformation for sustainability and food security. We are pleased to invite you to the debriefing session about the UNFSS+2 Stocktaking Moment.

This debriefing session will provide a space for Dutch network partners to share and receive updates on the results of the UNFSS+2 and of the key challenging topics and opportunities for follow-up, particularly within the food systems pathways processes in various LMICs.

Programme (tentative):

Introduction

Impressions from the summit: Delegates from the Dutch delegation, civil society, the private sector and academia will share their experiences of the Stocktaking, including;

       Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality
       Ministry of Foreign Affairs
       The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN)
       SNV Netherlands,
       Impact Institute,
       Rabobank

Looking ahead; how to contribute to the national pathways : Together with the audience we will explore how various Dutch stakeholders can contribute individually and collectively to the effective implementation of national food systems pathways in collaboration with partners from low- and middle-income countries.
